JustCall Return Policy?

Here is the return policy for JustCall:

Upon account cancellation, there is no refund for past payments. The card is not charged from the next billing cycle.
If a user is removed from the account, a new downgrade plan is applicable from the next billing cycle.
In case of an account upgrade (new number or new team member is added), the full amount is not charged, but only the prorated amount for the remaining days for the billing cycle. For example, if the billing cycle is from the 1st of every month and a new member is added on the 15th of the month, then only 50% will be charged for this new member.
This refund policy is applicable to all past payments including: subscription fees, calling credits, call costs, texting (sms & mms) costs, fax costs, porting fees and any other custom engineering fees.
Refund requests are accepted only under the following cases: Duplicate payment, Charges done by mistake after account cancellation.
